I bought a cheap eBay housing to replace my current one for $7. I can say that the quality isn’t as good as the original housing. I found some listings selling the original housing for $30, but since it is an old phone, I will give the $7 housing a try.
Side by side, the font is not as sharp as the original one. The plastic sover for the LCD isn’t as good either. It is thinner, hence not as flat to the front face plate. The plastic housing gets scratched easily too.
The fonts are not as sharp. Yes, I taped my battery because I lost the cover. The battery easily pops out without the cover.
Remove the 2 screws and peel the back cover.
Remove the other 2 screws and peel the front cover. You can see how dirty is my phone.
I am having fun with UB’s Dell Widescreen monitors that can rotate. Had to use 3rd party software to activate this rotation because UB disable changing display privileges by default.

Release multiple print jobs at the same time. Releasing multiple jobs at the same time will lower the chances of loosing printouts.
Count/check your print jobs. Count to see if you have missing print jobs or may have held someone else’s print job.
Printing PDF documents. Some PDF files are pain in the ass to print. I found “Print as Image” in Adobe Printing Preference helps a lot.
